Extension Activities on Rural E-Business, Tripura University
Welcome to Gram Setu Mart—an initiative by the students of the Department of IT(MCA), Tripura University, under the NSS Unit’s Village Extension Activities.
We aim to bridge the gap between rural businesses and digital commerce. Gram Setu Mart (gramsetumart.com) is an innovative e-commerce platform that connects various local shops from the adopted villages of Tripura University. Our platform includes grocery stores, pharmacies, vegetable vendors, bakeries, and clothing outlets—bringing essential services together under one digital roof.
Our mission is to empower local shop owners by offering them a digital marketplace, enabling them to reach more customers and grow their businesses sustainably. We also offer a mobile app, available on Google Play Store, to make shopping even more convenient for everyone.
